
Mikaila Almond

Mikaila Almond has been a licensed Realtor® since 2013 and is a proud member of the Davis Group at Engel & Völkers Vancouver Island. Known for her dedication and expertise, she has earned multiple awards for her achievements and delivers exceptional service to every client.
A lifelong Victorian, Mikaila grew up near Cook Street Village and graduated from Oak Bay High. She completed the Hospitality Management program at Camosun College and earned her Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Entrepreneurship from UVic. Today, she lives in South Oak Bay with her daughters, Niah and Tayla.
Mikaila has a deep understanding of Victoria’s neighbourhoods, particularly Gonzales, where she has lived most of her life. She brings personal experience in buying, selling, and renovating homes—including a full renovation of her own 1950s house. She also has experience owning investment properties, which adds valuable insight for her clients.
Mikaila is passionate about giving back. She was a leadership donor to the United Way and served six years on the GenNext Council. At UVic, she held director roles for various charitable organizations and chaired numerous fundraising events. She currently volunteers on the Community Relations Committee with the Victoria Real Estate Board and has served on several others, including Professional Development and MLS®.
In 2018, Mikaila completed the Introduction to Interior Design certificate at Pacific Design Academy. She offers clients personalized staging consultations to enhance a home’s appeal. Outside of work, Mikaila is a certified Level 1 snowboard instructor and loves exploring Victoria’s beaches and trails with her family.
